SOME 120 youths representing mosques nationwide yesterday completed their two-day course on funeral management.
The course, conducted at the Sungai Besar Mosque, aimed to provide youths with the knowledge of how to properly manage the deceased in accordance with Islamic teachings.
The course did not only cover the theory of funeral management, but also provided the youths with hands-on training to enhance their understanding on the procedures to manage funeral rites.
Furthermore, the course also helped develop their self-confidence in the ability to lead the process when their assistance is needed.
