AFTER selling more than 30,000 cups of coffee in its base esta-blishment in Muara, the ‘It’s A Grind Coffee House’ family expanded its reach within the nation with the opening of its second branch at the Citis Square yesterday.
It is the second store in Brunei and is managed by Yumll Restaurant and Catering.
The opening ceremony was officiated by Haji Antuna bin Ahssan and Pengiran Hajah Jamilah binti Pengiran Haji Matarsat, Principal of JPM Food and Beverages Trading Company, the master franchise holder with Pengiran Haji Matusin bin Pengiran Haji Matasan, the franchise partner as well as the representatives for partners – Pengiran Anak Taqriz Nabil bin Pengiran Anak Dato Haji Tahiruddin and Raghu Veer Sing.
According to Haji Antuna bin Ahssan, they were proud to welcome Yumll into the family.

Meanwhile Pengiran Haji Matusin in his welcoming remarks high-lighted that the branch at Citis Square is the realisation of a dream and great effort by a few local entrepreneurs who have noticed the changes in the landscape of coffee lovers in Brunei Darussalam.
“We – franchisees – saw the opportunities for the growth of local entrepreneurship and set about to establish this franchise. We chose It’s A Grind Coffee House because amongst others, the master franchisee is local,” he added.
