Royal Brunei Airlines (RB) has embarked on the next phase of its fleet modernisation programme with the signing of a Purchase Agreement with Pratt & Whitney for 15 PW1100G-JM engines. These ultra-fuel efficient engines are valued at a list price of $145 million and will be used to power the RB fleet of seven new generation eco-friendly A320 NEO aircraft, with deliveries starting in late 2017.
