THE Local Entrepreneurship Expo ended on a high note yesterday with positive feedback received from the public at the International Convention Centre (ICC) in Berakas.
“So far, Alhamdulillah the public response is good for the first local entrepreneurship expo,” Chairman of SKSU Company Muhd Zaimuddin bin Muhd Zinin commented to the media. “The aim of the three-day expo is providing small and medium enterprises (SME) with strategic marketing via social platforms; to not only to promote the products but the businesses itself.
“We encouraged vendors to use social media platform to market their products and showcase them during the expo.” He added that due to the positive feedback from vendors and visitors, another instalment of the expo (Phase 2) will be held in the near future.
Also at the event were fun activities including a cosplay competition hosted by Bruneian Cozplay Hobbies and Collection.

The cosplay competition was participated by more than 30 individuals donning their favourite fictional characters from anime, games and popular genres including Star Wars.
Organised by Sangat Kaya Sama Untung (SKSU) Company, around 13 booths at the ICC have been assigned to vendors from local SMEs for the sale of products such as foodstuff, beverages and textiles.
