OFFICERS of the Immigration and National Registration Department yesterday received insignias of various ranks at a ceremony held at the department’s headquarters in Jalan Menteri Besar.
Azmi bin Haji Hafneh, Acting Director of the Immigration and National Registration Department who was the guest of honour presented the insignias to the recipients for performing their duties well.
Ten officers received the 3 PIP insignia, eight received the 2 PIP insignia, 41 received the three-stripe insignia, 12 received the two-stripe insignia and 12 received the one-stripe insignia during the ceremony which was one of the activities held in conjunction of department’s 58th anniversary celebration.
The acting director also presented contributions to officers based at the border control posts who will be working on the first day of Hari Raya celebration.
