Get to know Brunei’s delicacies with Seasons Restaurant

SAVOUR the taste of Brunei with Seasons Restaurant’s latest buffet theme, ‘Kenali Makanan Kitani’ (get to know our food). The dinner buffet began yesterday and will end on Saturday, October 29 and is available every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night from 7pm to 10pm.

The dinner buffet features a wide range of traditional and authentic Bruneian delicacies such as the must-have Ambuyat with condiments, Soto Brunei and Sup Tulang Sapi. The carving stall menu varies every buffet day and their specialties include the Kambing Panggang and the Ikan Tenggiri Panggang Sambal Asam Kasturi, just to name a few.

Moreover, a true Bruneian kitchen will not be complete without the Tulang Kari Kedayan, Udang Sambal, Ikan Liking, Ketam Masak Lemak Pucuk Ubi, Gulai Urat Daging, Kupang Masak Merah and more. Ayam Salai and assorted satay are also available for diners.

For a great end to dinner, there’s a variety of traditional desserts which include Wajid, Putri Mandi, Kuih Kusoi, Calurut, Penyaram, Kuih Lenggang and Kuih Keria to name a few. The hi-tea buffet on the other hand, is offered from today until Sunday, October 30, every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 2.30pm to 5.30pm.

RBC Dining Privilege Card members can enjoy a 10 per cent discount with a condition that the RBC dining privilege card must be presented during the settlements of their bill.

Seasons Restaurant is located at Level 2 of The Centrepoint Hotel in Gadong.
