PUTRAJAYA (Bernama) – Malaysia and Algeria signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to expand their cooperation in the field of higher education in a bid to turn Malaysia into educational hub in the region.
The MoU was inked by Malaysian Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Idris Jusoh and Algerian Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Prof Dr Tahar Hadjar.
Idris said with the MoU, Malaysia and Algeria agreed to give full cooperation and support to the educational and scientific relations between the institutions of higher education in the two countries.
