MEMBERS of the Police Royal Guard and their families gathered for a fun-filled day to celebrate the Police Royal Guard Family Day 2015.
Held at the Police Royal Guard’s field located at Jalan Pengiran Babu Raja of Kampong Kiarong, the opening ceremony was officiated by the guest of honour, Superintendent Haji Mohd Fadzillah bin Haji Ismail, Acting Commanding Officer of the Police Royal Guard.
Superintendent Haji Mohd Fadzillah then took part in an hour-long warm-up session led by personnel from the Tutong Police District. Also joining were Superintendent Haji Chipli bin Haji Mohamad, the Commanding Officer of Tutong Police District; Superintendent Sulaiman bin Alidin, the chairperson of the organising committee; as well as other members.
The guest of honour also took part in a tug-of-war game joining the head of section team against the organising committee team.

The fun-filled event comprised activities such as tug-of-war, colouring contest, bouncer, lucky draw, netball, dart, coconut bowling, table tennis and ball shooting.
The objective of the family day was to promote a healthy lifestyle as well as foster closer ties between the officers as well as their family members.
