KFC is rolling out a new item, the KFC Wasabi Rice Wrap, a wholesome wrap with a zest of thrilling and flavourful Wasabi mayonnaise.
The new Wasabi Rice Wrap consists of two crispy Zinger strips fried to perfection, topped with the uniquely delicious Wasabi mayonnaise, savoury seaweed rice, crunchy cucumber strips and diced tomatoes – all neatly wrapped in a warm, wholesome toasted tortilla, which promises surprise in every bite.
“We’ve designed the perfect rice meal for busy food lovers,” said Jaymee, from the Marketing Department of KFC Brunei.
“The KFC Wasabi Rice Wrap is an exciting, delightfully fun and satisfying meal that you can eat at your convenience, no matter what you are doing. With an extra kick of the delicious wasabi mayo, it will surely give your taste buds a thrill in every bite!”
She also explained that the product is mainly targeted for youths and young working professionals, who are open to trying new things but are often slapped with the challenge of being time-constrained, due to their busy on-the-go lifestyles.

KFC is also having a limited Special Box Meal Combo promotion, where customers presenting their Times Cineplex movie tickets at the KFC Airport Mall would be eligible to purchase the Colonel Hot Box, which consists of the all-time favourite Colonel Burger, a select piece of original or spicy-flavoured chicken, crispy fries and a regular-sized carbonated drink for just $6.50. One ticket would qualify the customer to purchase one Colonel Hot Box.
“We think that this initiative gives us a great opportunity to satisfy both movie and KFC fans. The box meals are getting more popular, and so we have come up with a combo, putting together all-time favourites in a meal. We intend to have more of such combos in the future, so that everyone can have a choice in picking their favourite box meal.”
Other box meals available are the Super Jimat Box and Zinger Hot Box, which are available at all KFC outlets in Brunei. The Variety Box Combo is exclusively for customers presenting their Times Cineplex movie tickets at the KFC Airport Mall outlet, for only a limited time.
