THE Mabohai Shopping Complex hosted a Zumba workout for children yesterday, which was facilitated by an instructor from the Bshah’s Fitness Studio.
The Zumba Kids session was among the number of activities held at the complex, including a Piloxing Session, a Parkour Talk and a Demo.
According to Yee-Man Cheng, Manager of the Complex, the Zumba Kids session was intended to promote a healthy lifestyle among the local populace, and she lauded the efforts of local fitness studios in promoting the popular exercise activity.
She added that similar sessions held for the last 18 months at the complex have received encouraging responses from the public.
