YOUTH participants in the National Service Programme (PKBN) are reminded to make full use of their experience and continue to serve their country as respectable citizens, said PKBN Director, Colonel (Rtd) Pengiran Zulkifli bin Pengiran Haji Ismail yesterday, while chairing a PKBN Alumni Association meeting at the Indoor Stadium.

During the three-month programme, participants are exposed to different forms of discipline, including nationality, entrepreneurship and community work.

The alumni association meeting was held to nominate new committee members for PKBN’s current round of activities, which involve community service and educational visits, as well as the upcoming graduation ceremony for the fifth intake, on March 14.

More than 100 former PKBN trainees, from the first to fourth intake, attended the meeting yesterday.
