ONE hundred and seventy eight officers of the Royal Brunei Police Force yesterday gained in-depth information on the proper procedure of application, withdrawal and monitoring of inventory within the force during a briefing session organised by Quartermaster Division of Logistics Department, Royal Brunei Police Force.
The briefing focussed on the role and responsibility of each officer appointed in the preservation of government property in line with the financial regulation.
On hand to deliver the briefing are three officers from the Audit Department under the Prime Minister’s Office led by auditor Haji Zakariya @ Zakaria bin Haji Kamis.
The briefing also touched on the findings of the 2014 audit.
Also present at the briefing was Senior Superintendent of Police Haji Mohammad Hassan bin Pehin Penyurat Haji Ahmad, the Acting Director of General Administration and Finance of Royal Brunei Police Force.
