OVER 98 students from Sayyidina Othman Secondary School in Bukit Beruang, Tutong, recently attended a crime awareness talk conducted by the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF).
Inspector Nor Suraya binti Haji Marusin of the Tutong Police District delivered the talk, which was intended to provide the students with an awareness of what is constituted as criminal activity and prevent them from participating in acts of unlawful behaviour.
The students were then given some quizzes to help reinforce their understanding of the subject matter.
The talk was also attended by Hajah Junainah binti binti Haji Abdul Rahman, the Principal of Sayyidina Othman Secondary School, along with other members of the academic staff.
A similar crime awareness briefing was recently held at the Pengiran Dipa Negara Pengiran Jaya Primary School, in Sengkarai, Tutong.
