ROYAL Brunei Airlines (RB) has introduced ‘RB Impian: Cloud Streaming in the Skies’ for passengers on RB’s selected regional routes using the new Airbus A320 CEO aircraft.
To experience RB Impian, passengers need to download the ‘RB Entertainment Player’ mobile application available on both Apple Store and Google Play store prior to boarding their flight.
Audio and Video streaming will be activated in the air and passengers will be able to access a wider variety of movies, TV shows and music from their own mobile device.
“This initiative allows us to provide our passengers with an additional in-flight entertainment option. This complimentary service allows our passengers to use their devices and headsets to stream and enjoy entertainment programmes of their choice and on demand. RB strives to provide innovative and personalised service to our passengers so that they will always have a betterfly on Royal Brunei Airlines. It is a win-win for our customers, RB and our environment from lesser carbon emissions as a result of a lighter aircraft and lesser fuel burn,” said Karam Chand, RB’s Chief Executive Officer.
