IN RESPONSE to public feedback, TelBru has introduced a seamless log-in as the latest feature for its nationwide WiFi services, to allow users to automatically stay connected from one TelBru WiFi location to another, for a duration of 30 days by simply logging in once into the system.
“The seamless log-in was introduced about three weeks ago,” said Lim Ming Soon, the Chief Marketing Officer of TelBru. “This initiative is primarily geared towards providing a hassle-free Internet connection for our subscribers. TelBru will continue to make connectivity much simpler as we add to our growing list of hotspot locations.”
The feature is a move forward from when users were required to log in repeatedly to utilise TelBru’s postpaid WiFi service. To tap into the service, users are required to register with My TelBru, where they will be given details for logging in to the service.
Lim said, “The new feature is very convenient when users move from one location to the next in TelBru WiFi areas. They don’t need to key in the password again.” Though limited to just two gadgets, users may opt to subscribe for other concurrent devices at a minimal cost, to prevent misuse of the ID by other users.
Lim also mentioned that TelBru is looking into introducing a new feature that will allow users to add additional accounts. “We are looking at the log out function In the TelBru website to give way to another device. We are currently testing the feature, which will be introduced in the next few days.”
