SPEAKER of the Legislative Council, YB Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Lela Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Abdul Rahman bin Dato Setia Haji Mohamed Taib yesterday received a farewell call from Ambassador of Thailand to Brunei Darussalam, Biravij Suwanpradhes at the Legislative Council building.
Also present were the Secretary to the Cabinet Ministers’ Council and Clerk to the Legislative Council, Pehin Orang Kaya Pekerma Jaya Dato Paduka Haji Judin bin Haji Asar and Deputy Clerk to the Legislative Council, Rose Aminah binti Haji Ismail and senior officers at the Department of the Councils of State.
During the visit, both exchanged views on matters of mutual interest and concerns and bilateral ties and discussed areas of cooperation that could be developed in the future.
