STEPHANIE Ng Wei Fong has been chosen out of 46 other participants, as the first-place winner of an essay-writing competition organised by the Brunei Insurance and Takaful Association (BITA).
With the theme of ‘Securing Our Future with Insurance and Takaful’, the competition was held in conjunction with the 32nd National Day celebration, and open to all participants aged 21 years and above
In second place was Audrey Yong Ern Hu, while Nur Amalina @ Rusyidah binti Haji Mohd Yakub was named as the third-place winner.
A prize presentation ceremony was held at The Airport Mall in Berakas yesterday, with Yusof bin Haji Abdul Rahman, the Managing Director of Autoriti Monetari Brunei Darussalam (AMBD), on hand to present the winners with their cash prizes.
Stephanie Ng received a cash prize of $3,000, while Audrey Yong and Nur Amalina won $2,000 and $1,000 respectively.
