THE Muslimah group of the Sultan Sharif Ali Mosque in Sengkurong concluded its year-long activities with a Rattib Al-Attas ceremony as well as the recitation of Surah Yaasiin and Doa Selamat.
The group throughout the year has been actively engaged in several religious activities such as Al-Quran classes, 70 times Khatam Al-Quran in conjunction with His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam’s birthday celebration, Ratib Al-Attas ceremony once a month as well as Tahlil and Doa Arwah ceremony for muslimah and family members.
Throughout the month of Ramadhan, the group carried out Tedarus events at the houses of its members as well at the Sultan Sharif Ali Mosque, attending Dikir and Ratib ceremonies at the Istana Nurul Iman during special events in the Islamic calendar as well Dikir ceremony at weddings and Mandi Berlawat ceremonies.
