KAMPONG Kilanas Mosque held the closing of the Dikir Syarafil Anam in conjunction with Maulidur Rasul on Tuesday night, with a ceremony that included the presentation of donation to orphans.
Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Roslan bin Haji Taja’ah was the guest of honour at the event.
The evening commenced with mass Maghrib prayer and recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah led by the guest of honour.
Later, welcoming remarks were delivered by chairman of the ceremony, Pengiran Saiful Khairul Hakimin bin Pengiran Liudin, Mosque Affairs Officer at Kampong Kilanas Mosque.

The event continued with the closing of Dikir Syarafil Anam, starting with the Dikir Assalamualaika and Dikir Badatlana, Khairuman, Alhamdu and Bisyahrin. Mass Isyak prayer and Dikir Marhaban followed.
Before the end of the evening, donations were presented to 24 orphans.
