A PRIZE-GIVING ceremony was held yesterday at the Seasons Restaurant in The Centrepoint, Gadong for four winners of a lucky draw at the ‘Baba Nyonya Food Festival 2015’. The event was organised by the Royal Brunei Catering (RBC) Sdn Bhd.
Noorfatiah binti Hasnul walked away with a three-day holiday package to Melaka for two, sponsored by Tourism Malaysia while Haji Abdul Osman bin Haji Lamit brought home a return air ticket to Kuala Lumpur sponsored by Royal Brunei Airlines.
Salriniwati won a return air ticket to Kuala Lumpur, sponsored by Malaysian Airlines and Haji Md Yassin bin Said won a three-day stay at The Centrepoint Hotel, as well as a $200 RBC voucher, sponsored by Abdul Razak Holdings and RBC.
The prizes were presented by Zurina binti Abdul Samad, the Director of Tourism Malaysia in Brunei Darussalam; Pengiran Haji Abdul Rahman bin Pengiran Haji Mat Salleh, the Acting General Manager of Royal Brunei Catering; Nur Khadijah binti Abdullah, a representative from Malaysian Airlines; and Rosidah Jalil, a representative of Abdul Razak Holdings.
Also present at the ceremony were Davern Lim, the Manager of Business Banking at Baiduri Bank Berhad as well as the management of RBC, Baiduri Bank representatives, the management of The Centrepoint Hotel and some invited guests.
