THE secondary and primary students of International School Brunei (ISB) held a National Day Assembly to celebrate the 32nd National Day yesterday at the Auditorium of the new campus at Sungai Hanching.
Present at the event was Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah binti Pengiran Haji Salleh Ab Rahaman.
Hosting the primary performance was His Royal Highness Prince ‘Abdul Wakeel. Also gracing the event was Her Royal Highness Princess Ameerah Wardatul Bolkiah. Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Muda ‘Abdul Muntaqim ibni Duli Yang Teramat Mulia Paduka Seri Pengiran Muda Mahkota Pengiran Muda Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah also took part and performed in the festive celebration.
The event began with the opening address by Primary Principal, Darren Sibley. Sibley reminded the students of the significance of the occasion.

The National Day celebration was further enlivened with various stage performances by the students that included the singing of the national anthem ‘Allah Peliharakan Sultan’, Brunei folktale musical drama, and the ‘Temarok and Alai Sikap’ ethnic dance performed by the Year 6.
