THE Association of Former Government Employees of Tutong District (PAKATAN) has elected their new line of Executive Governance Committee for 2016-2018 session. The election was fully supported and agreed upon by members of the association during their Annual Grand Meeting which was held recently.
Dato Paduka Haji Ahmad bin Kadi was elected as the President of PAKATAN while Haji Umar bin Haji Ahai became its Deputy President.
In addition, Haji Ibrahim bin Haji Manaf was elected as its Permanent Chairman, Haji Mohammad Yusof bin Mohammad Yassin was chosen as PAKATAN’s Secretary-General; and Haji Abdul Rahman bin Haji Gemok seated as PAKATAN’s Treasurer.
PAKATAN was established in 1994 with the main objective to gather the former civil servants particularly those residing in Tutong District that came from various life background, knowledge, experiences and profession to contribute to the social, community, religious, education and sports activities.
