FINDLAY (B) Sdn Bhd yesterday conducted an information seminar on the University of Otago, New Zealand at its office in Gadong.
The seminar was open to the public, especially students, who heard Victoria McEniery, Regional Marketing Manager at the University of Otago’s International Office, speak about the university’s Business, Health Sciences and Humanities programme, reasons to study in Otago; accommodation, as well as application and costs.
Sunita Martin, Director of Findlay (B) Sdn Bhd, said this was the first time the university has had a representative based in Brunei and conducted a presentation that is open to the public. Sixth form centres were invited to the seminar.
Sunita also said there will be an alumni event for Otago University that will be attended by over 30 former students.

“We have a contract with the university to represent them responsibly by giving students correct information and advice on the suitability of the programmes,” said Sunita.
She also said, “We take the students through the visa process and help them with their accommodation, as well as give them pre-departure information in the information seminar, including supporting them throughout their studies in the university as well.
Findlay represents a number of colleges in the United Kingdom as well as universities and colleges in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Singapore and the United States.
