GWAD Basha Arabian Restaurant and Catering Sdn Bhd, which features quality Middle Eastern cuisine, opened a second branch yesterday in Gadong.
Attending the launch was Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports.
In his speech at the opening, the minister touched on improvements in the food business industry, as well as more opportunities for local youths in part-time work, or jobs with flexible hours.

He also discussed the opportunities for local youths to develop themselves, particularly in the food industry. “We focus on the importance of education, learning and training; we support and develop the skills of Brunei youths and other nationalities, with the passion to succeed in the food and beverage industry.”
